This policy outlines the terms and conditions for using the event booking service on the Gadhouse website. Please read the details carefully before making a booking. By confirming a booking, users acknowledge and agree to the terms stated in this policy.
1. Event Booking
Participants may book events through the channels designated by Gadhouse, such as the website or other booking channels specified in each event’s details.
A booking is considered complete once the participant has submitted all required information and received a booking confirmation from the system or the Gadhouse team. Please note that seats for each event may be limited and are subject to the conditions of each specific event.
2. Participant Information
Participants are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information, such as full name, phone number, email address, or any other information necessary for event participation.
If the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, it may affect booking confirmation, communication, or participation in the event. Gadhouse reserves the right to cancel or reject a booking if the participant’s information cannot be verified.
3. Booking Confirmation
After completing a booking, participants should carefully review the booking details, including the event name, date, time, venue, number of participants, and any specific event conditions.
If participants do not receive a confirmation email or message, they should contact the Gadhouse team through the designated contact channels during business hours.
4. Capacity and Participation Rights
Each event may have limited capacity depending on the event format, venue, or conditions set by the organizer. Participation rights are granted according to the booking order or the conditions specified in each event’s details.
Gadhouse reserves the right to close bookings once the event reaches full capacity or when the registration period has ended.
5. Arrival at the Venue
Participants are encouraged to arrive at the venue before the event start time stated in the event details, or at least 10–15 minutes in advance, for check-in and preparation.
Late arrival may result in reduced participation time or changes to the participation order, depending on the format and limitations of each event.
6. Rescheduling or Changing Booking Details
If participants wish to change their session, date, or time, they should contact the Gadhouse team in advance through the designated contact channels.
Any booking changes are subject to seat availability, the conditions of each event, and the discretion of the Gadhouse team. Gadhouse cannot guarantee that booking changes can be made in all cases.
7. Booking Cancellation
If participants are unable to attend an event, they should notify the team in advance through the designated contact channels. This allows other interested participants to take the available slot.
Cancellation, refund, or transfer conditions may vary depending on each event. Participants should review the specific event details before making a booking.
8. No-show Policy
If a participant does not show up on the booked date and time without prior notice, Gadhouse reserves the right to cancel the participant’s booking and may offer the slot to waitlisted participants or walk-in guests as appropriate.
9. Fees, Payment, and Refunds
For paid events, participants must complete payment through the specified payment channels and within the required timeframe. A booking may not be considered complete until full payment has been received and confirmed by the system or the Gadhouse team.
Refunds, booking transfers, or changes to participation rights will be handled according to the policy of each event, which will be stated on the event details page.
10. Event Changes or Cancellation by the Organizer
Gadhouse and/or the event organizer reserves the right to change event details, including date, time, venue, event format, artists, speakers, or other related details as deemed appropriate.
In the event of significant changes or event cancellation, the team will notify participants through the contact information provided during booking or through Gadhouse’s official communication channels.
11. Specific Conditions for Each Event
Each event may have additional conditions, such as participant age requirements, capacity per session, event duration, materials participants may need to bring, or venue-specific restrictions.
Participants should carefully read all event details and specific conditions before making a booking.
12. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings during the event. Gadhouse shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, except where required by applicable law.
13. Conduct During the Event
Participants are expected to follow the instructions of the team, venue rules, and the conditions of each event to ensure that the activity runs smoothly and safely for everyone.
Gadhouse reserves the right to refuse participation or ask a participant to leave the event area if the participant causes disturbance, damage, or fails to comply with the stated conditions.
14. Personal Data Protection
Personal information provided by participants will be used for the purposes of booking management, participation confirmation, communication, and sharing information related to the event.
Gadhouse will handle participants’ personal information with appropriate care and will not disclose such information to third parties without reasonable cause, except where required by law or where necessary for event-related operations.
