Booking

Select an event, choose a session, specify quantity and book. The system will create your booking automatically. Then pay via the specified channels and upload your payment slip.
Yes, you can cancel before the minimum cancellation time. Usually at least 24 hours in advance.
If payment is not made within the specified time (usually 30 minutes), the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Each session has different limits, usually 1–4 per person. Check the event detail page for specifics.

Payment

Currently we support bank transfer and PromptPay. Upload your payment slip for verification.
After transferring, upload your slip in the booking page and wait for admin verification.
It depends on each event policy. Please check the policy before booking.

Check-in

After your payment is confirmed, your QR Code will be available in your booking history.
It depends on the event. Some support GPS-based self check-in, others require admin QR scanning.

Account

Yes, you need an account (Email or Social Login) to book, receive QR codes, and track your bookings.
Click "Forgot Password" on the Login page. An OTP will be sent to your email to reset your password.
